    Mandeley Guest House, Cornwall

    Enjoy England 4 Star Accommodation

Our house was built in the 1950s and has recently undergone a major refurbishment to the guest accommodation and the private part of the house.

The guest house bedrooms offer modern, luxurious and comfortable accommodation with attention to detail. Once checked-in, guests have their own side entrance allowing easier access to their accommodation.

We are situated at the edge of Helston on the A394 – the main route through to the many attractions of the Cornwall area, such as the beautiful Lizard Peninsular, the Helford River and the spectacular Mounts bay south coast route to Penzance.

It’s a short walk down into the town where you can find a wealth of traditional inns and taverns with interesting interiors, lots of history and good food.

Early May sees Helston town celebrate the much-awaited coming of spring and passing of winter in its own unique and colourful way. Flora Day, as it is known, is usually held on the 8th unless that happens to fall on a Sunday or Monday, in which case it is held of the Saturday before.

The Guest House is owned by Paul and Birgitt. Birgitt is originally from Germany, so loves to welcome German visitors so she can speak her native language. Paul is passionate about motorbikes and due the location of the guest house often welcome bikers.

We offer secure off-road parking and can provide limited parking for motorcycles and bicycles in our garage.

The nearest bus stop is about 200 metres away and it is a short stroll to Helston town centre.

Children of 12 years and above are welcome.

    Sorry, no pets.

We are open all year round except for Christmas and New Year.

    German spoken.
