Payment and Cancellation
Policy
Payment:
- We accept cash, cheques with a cheque guarantee card and all major credit and debit cards as well as
American Express.
- Cheques are payable to Mr. & Mrs. Johns
- Payment by credit card will incur a surcharge of 2% for all major credit and debit cards and 4% for American
Express, (rounding up to the nearest pound).
- A first night deposit is required to hold the booking.
- If a deposit is paid via credit or debit card then the balance has to be settled using the same card
or cash.
Cancellation:
May we remind you that a holiday booking is a legally binding contract. If you cancel, you
are still liable to pay, so it is in your own interest to arrange a Holiday Cancellation Package.
- Please notify us of any cancellation as early as possible.
- All deposits are non-refundable or can be used for future bookings.
- For bookings of more than one night we will endeavour to rebook the room. However, if we are unable to
do so then 2/3rds of the original booking will be charged.
- Any money credited will incur a £10 administration fee.
Flora Day: (in addition to the above policy)
- Minimum booking of 3 nights.
- A deposit of £100 per room will secure your booking.
- Full balance is required 4 weeks in advance of your stay.
