Mandeley Guest House was built in
the 1950s and has undergone extensive modernisation since 1992. It can
accommodate a maximum of six guests in very comfortable surroundings.
The current owners are Paul and Birgitt. Paul was actually
born in the house and works locally as a Paramedic. He can assist guests
with his wealth of local knowledge. His wife Birgitt runs their warm
and friendly Bed and Breakfast.

Mandeley Guest House is situated at
the edge of town on the A394 - the main route through to the many
attractions of the area such as the beautiful Lizard Peninsular, The
Helford River and the spectacular Mounts Bay south coast route
to Penzance.
Mandeley offers secure off-road parking and it is just 10
minutes walk to Helston town centre.
We are open all year except for Christmas and New Year.
Bus Stop only 200m away.

Mandeley Guest House has three double/twin bedrooms -
two standard and one en suite all on the ground floor at the rear of the
house overlooking the garden. The rooms offer comfortable
accommodation and provide peace and quiet for a good night's sleep.

All rooms are tastefully co-ordinated and offer remote
controlled television, alarm clock, hair dryer and a variety of teas, hot
chocolate and coffee with complimentary biscuits. Ironing facilities
can be provided on request.

Breakfast is served in our lighthouse themed dining room
and guests enjoy their own living room with open gas fire and views out
to the garden.
For the comfort and safety of all our guests we have a
strict no smoking policy.
