Room tariff from £35 per person per night, including breakfast (based on 2 people sharing)
Single occupancy from £50 per night depending on room and availability. Except during June, July, August, bank holidays, Culdrose Air Day and Flora Day week – normal room rates apply then (from £70 per night).
Two nights minimum booking on weekends and bank holidays (except Flora Day week during which it is a minimum of 4 nights).

Payment and Cancellation Policy
Payment:
- We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards.
- A first night deposit is required to confirm the reservation and is non-refundable.
Cancellation:
May we remind you that a holiday booking is a legally binding contract. If you cancel, you are liable to pay, so it is in your own interest to arrange holiday insurance.
- Please notify us of any cancellation as early as possible.
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- For bookings of more than one night, we shall endeavour to rebook the room(s). However, if we are unable to do so then 75% of the original booking will be charged.
- Any money credited will incur a £10 administration fee.
Flora Day: (in addition to the above)
- Minimum booking of 4 nights.
- A deposit of £100 per room will secure your booking.
- Full balance is required 4 weeks prior to your stay.
